Ordering information

Please order all flowers 5-7 days in advance to ensure a stable supply of flowers. For urgent orders, please contact us on Whatsapp 55999816 and we will try our best to arrange it for you.

Because flowers are natural products, they have different shapes, colors or sizes in different places of origin or seasons. All pictures on the website are for reference only. The flowers and linings used in the bouquets will try their best to restore the photo effect, but it cannot be guaranteed to be 100% identical. If there are individual flower materials or colors that need to be avoided, please ask us when purchasing.

If the flower material is not available due to seasonal influence or other external factors, we will replace the flower material of the same or higher value with a similar color to present the same feeling as the reference picture.

Each florist has his own personal style, please understand our style and reference past works before purchasing. If the packaging materials are unfortunately out of stock, we will match the overall bouquet with suitable packaging, hoping to give us creative space.

Due to factors such as shooting light or personal computer display, there may be slight color difference or size error, and the bouquets and floral gifts may be slightly different from the photos.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

The delivery period is 12:00 - 13:00, 14:00 - 16:00, 17:00 - 19:00, we will deliver the flowers within the period selected by the customer. If guests have a designated time to collect flowers, please notify in advance.  

If the flowers are not received or the recipient cannot be contacted during the delivery period, we will first place the flowers at the door or put them at the management office for temporary collection. If the above method does not allow, we will return the flowers to our company, and the customer needs to pay the freight again.

During festivals (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.), the delivery time may be delayed due to the number of orders. We try to deliver within the time period selected by the customer, but we cannot guarantee it 100%.
Bad weather arrangement: If the Observatory hoisted the No. 8 or above storm signal and black rainstorm on the day of pickup, our self-pickup/delivery service will be suspended. Guests can reschedule the delivery within two days of the original date, please call for details.


If the delivery time is affected by traffic conditions or weather problems, arrangements will be made according to the situation.

Refund and Order Cancellation Policy

Except for problems related to product quality and caused by the company's mistakes, the company will not regard it as a reasonable reason for returning the problems caused by the mistakes of customers, third-party companies, government agencies or other reasons, and has the right to Reject the relevant return request. The company will not take any responsibility for losses caused by customers, third-party companies, government agencies or other reasons

Customers who have placed an order can cancel the order before paying. However, if payment has been made, flowers have been ordered, the order is being processed, the product has entered the production process, or the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order due to the nature of the products we sell.
